Final Cardinal / Warrior Classic

The Final Cardinal/Warrior Classic game took place last Saturday Dec. 4th the St. Joseph Cardinals played against the other host of the classic, Waiakea High School Warrior. The warriors were strong in the first half of the game but we came out stronger at the last half of the game. SJS beat WHS 56-52. Kamehameha took first place championship at the classic, LahinaLuna took second place and SJS took 3rd place

GO! FIGHT! WIN!

When I saw go you say fight… GO! FIGHT! GO! FIGHT! GO GO! FIGHT FIGHT! GO FIGHt!!!! And that’s exactly what the SJS cardinals boys basketball team did while taking on Saint Francis of Oahu. Cardinal Jo made her grand entrance having the cardinal nation up off their feet cheering, waving pom-poms and posters. Saint Francis with players ranging from 6ft and higher in height brought their skills, pushed, punched, elbowed to fight for the win. The Cardinals stood their grounds and didn’t let anyone push them around. Thomas Fairman standing at 6ft 5in and Aldyn Dalere standing at 5ft 6in both scored 10 points each leading the Cardinals to a victory of 43-40.
